"After doing movies like Kaabil and Super 30, I needed a force that would drive me to be my best". His latest film Super 30, that released yesterday, opened well at the box office with Rs 11.83 crore and the film is eighth highest opener of 2019.

Talking about the film, Hrithik recently told Hindustan Times, "When I heard the script for the first time, it was a attractive experience for me". As indicated by early gauges revealed by Boxofficeindia.com, the film gathered around Rs 11-11.50 crore on its first day.

While Hrithik's colleagues and friends lauded his performance, the film received mixed reviews from critics. The film hit the screens on 12 July and is witnessing a phenomenal growth at the box office with wide appreciation from all across.

We also said that it had all the chances to earn over Rs 50 crore during its opening weekend. In fact, fter the first week, the total collections stand at 50 crores.

Produced by Yash Raj Films, the high-octane film that also stars Vaani Kapoor opposite Hrithik Roshan is set to release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The story revolves around the teacher who taught 30 underprivileged students every year to help them crack the toughest entrance examination of the country. In Delhi, the film has minted Rs 6.25 crore.
