Arsenal don't need Wilfried Zaha according to club legend David Seaman

Zaha's brother had previously stated that it was Wilfried's dream to play for Arsenal, and to eventually play in the UEFA Champions League.

The summer is in full swing, and Arsenal are in the market for new signings.

The Gunners have reportedly tabled a £40m bid for Zaha which Palace instantly rebuffed as they value their talisman closer to around double that.

Zaha is now away with the Ivory Coast at the Africa Cup of Nations as Crystal Palace look to keep their star man.

One of those could be Lucas Vazquez, with several reports from different Spanish sources claiming serious Arsenal interest in the player.

The 26-year-old, who pledged his worldwide future to Ivory Coast, was asked about a potential move to Arsenal in the mixed zone ahead of the Round of 16 clash against Mali.

The Ivory Coast global, now away on Africa Cup of Nations duty, played a direct part in 15 Premier League goals in 2018-19.

15-year-old Coco Gauff's first Grand Slam run continues
Instead of trying to attack those slices, she countered with her own. "Once my parents told me to babysit my brothers". To relieve the tension in the tiebreak, a bird landed on Gauff's side at 2-2 before being chased away by a ball kid.

"Youve got Arsenal trading on a currency of trying to create division between the player and the football club".

Former Arsenal goalkeeper David Seaman believes the Gunners don't need to sign Wilfried Zaha, after the club had a £40 million offer rejected by Crystal Palace. 'I don't know anything that's going on behind closed doors.

Arsenal's transfer chiefs are prepared to appeal to owner Stan Kroenke for more money in order to sign the 26-year-old.

And with Arsenal's transfer budget rumoured to be £45m, Unai Emery may have to turn his attention back to Fraser.

Capped 14 times internationally, Zaha made 36 appearances across all competitions for the Eagles last season and scored 10 times.

Afterwards he was explicitly asked if he wanted to play for Arsenal.
