Biden Shakes Twitter After Labelling Trump 'an Existential Threat' to US

2020 presidential hopeful Joe Biden plans to label President Trump an "existential threat" to the USA according to his prepared remarks shared with CBS News.

Surprises often happen in the Iowa caucuses.

Biden missed the event to attend his granddaughter's graduation and to celebrate his daughter's birthday. The twin visits appear to be coincidental and the candidates will not come within 160 kilometers of each other, but the rhetoric will fly across the vast fields in the state.

About 60% of likely caucus attendees said being gay made no difference in a candidate's ability to successfully square off with Trump in the general election, while 25% saw it as a disadvantage and 4% believed it could be an advantage. Sanders, a Vermont senator, is the first choice for 16% of poll respondents, while Warren, a MA senator, and Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, Indiana, are at 15% and 14% respectively. Bernie Sanders of Vermont with 16 percent, Sen.

But Iowa experts say to capitalize on that, candidates will need to have boots on the ground.

Private astronauts can conduct these commercial activities aboard the orbiting laboratory subject to regulations, it added. That message echoes one that NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine has said about the agency's Artemis mission.

Warren's increased presence is also apparent in the latest Des Moines Register from Saturday. He noted that Trump "found time to go after Bette Midler in the middle of the D-Day ceremonies", referring to the president's ongoing online feud with the actress.

Second-place Sanders has also taken a hit. "And as we sort out who he's going to run against - will it be a socialist, or will it be Biden?"

But these polls are beginning to paint a pretty unified picture of Trump's current political standing as the 2020 race lurches to a start, and it's decidedly not a strong one.

Biden is betting big on his electability argument, that he alone is best positioned to make Donald Trump a one-term President. "I mean, being the former vice president of the United States, I think if he doesn't win Iowa, I think that could be the death knell of his campaign", Woodard said. Biden will ask Iowans Tuesday. "We've invested a lot of time and a lot of effort, not just nationally, but getting to be known in Iowa and obviously that's led to some growth", he told CNN. There is also a wide gap by age on Medicare for All, with those under age 35 about 20 points more likely to prioritize it than their elders.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders on Tuesday dodged repeated questions, and ultimately did not deny, a report that President Donald Trump told his aides to lie about internal polling indicating he trails 2020 Democratic Joe Biden in a handful of important states. It has Biden at 30 percent and Sanders at 23 percent.
