Bill de Blasio Fires Back at Trump: He’s ‘Low Energy!’

A federal criminal investigation did not result in charges against de Blasio but nevertheless found the mayor or his associates accepted contributions from donors seeking official favors and then made inquiries to city agencies on their behalf. There's plenty of money in this country.

When a caller named Debbie from Long Island City asked about the botched deal to bring a new Amazon headquarters to town, de Blasio blamed the e-tail giant for pitting municipalities against each other to become the lowest bidder for the new jobs. "It's about working people, and in the end, people should trust somebody who's already done it".

"I've watched this guy for decades", de Blasio said.

De Blasio's constituents have not appeared excited about the prospect of their mayor running for president.

In 2014, de Blasio attended the Island's annual Groundhog Day Ceremony and dropped the animal after its handler put it in his arms.

"Who hasn't told Bill de Blasio that he shouldn't run for president?" asked New York Magazine. "While the mayor of our nation's largest city is busy running around Iowa and getting upstaged by the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, there are real problems here at home". We know his tricks.

Conway's other most memorable recurring characters included an elderly man whose shuffling pace always caused trouble and Mr. Conway died Tuesday morning in Los Angeles after a long illness, according to Howard Bragman, who heads LaBrea Media.

De Blasio has not shied away from criticizing Trump on issues like climate change, immigration and policing.

The mayor went on to roast Trump - firing off a series of barbs. "I know how to take him on - I've been watching him for decades".

The mayor should have a head start on the plans as he served as a regional U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development director under former President Bill Clinton.

The president added, "but if you like high taxes & crime, he's your man. NYC HATES HIM!"

What do New Yorkers have to say?
