The items bear establishment number "P-7221" on the back of the product package.

The latest recall concerns products produced from October 1, 2018, through March 8, 2019, FSIS said.

The USDA advised that consumers should either throw away the product or return it to where it was purchased.

This is a situation where the use of the product will not cause adverse health consequences.

The problem was discovered when Conagra Brands conducted a routine label verification check and determined the product didn't declare milk on the label, the FSIS release said.

FSIS also announced a recall on Saturday of approximately 11,829,517 million pounds of frozen, ready-to-eat chicken strip products from Tyson Foods Inc. because they may be contaminated with pieces of metal. Recalled chicken was sold under the Tyson main label, Meijer brand, Publix, Spare Time, Best Choice, Giant Eagle, Kirkwood and Food Lion, among others.

Consumers who purchased the recalled products are urged not to consume them, the statement said. A much smaller batch was first recalled in March. The affected products have "Best By" dates ranging from September 26, 2019 through April 5, 2020.

The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service said Saturday that the Home Menu Chicken Pad Thai and Home Menu Chicken Fried Rice dinners both contain milk as an ingredient.

Meanwhile, an outbreak of E. coli from tainted ground beef sickened 177 people in 10 states, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on April 26.

The Tyson recall is one of three issued for "foreign matter contamination" in the last two months alone.
