Southern University featured in new Beyonce' documentary

After the release of her highly anticipated Netflix documentary, Homecoming, Queen Bey dropped a surprise album of the same name.

The album titled 'Homecoming, ' just like the film, was released in the early hours of Wednesday across all major streaming platforms. Right at the end of the film during credits, a new song called "Before I Let Go" plays. Beyoncé had Hive members across the world up late and exhausted for work to catch her Homecoming documentary as soon as it hit Netflix.

Homecoming: The Live Album is a 40 track giant of a piece featuring live versions of all of Beyoncé's greatest bangers including 'Crazy In Love, ' 'Formation, ' 'If I Were A Boy, ' 'Drunk In Love, ' and 'Freedom'. The drop marks the third anniversary of the film's debut on HBO.
