Kim said Loughlin must limit her travel to the continental US and areas around Vancouver, Canada, for work.

"Huffman later made arrangements to pursue the scheme a second time, for her younger daughter, before deciding not to do so", according to the charging documents.

In one YouTube post, she talked about the difficulty of juggling her career with school, and said she didn't know how much she would actually attend.

According to reports, she relied on falsified documentation to get the her daughters accepted to USC's crew team, even though they don't play the sport, CNN reported.

The photos were used to create fake athletic profiles.

"I'd like to maybe sit with you after your session with the girls as I have some concerns and want to fully understand the game plan and make sure we have a roadmap for success as it related to [our daughter] and getting her into a school other than ASU [Arizona State University]!".

University of Southern California (USC) interim president Wanda Austin issued a statement saying anyone involved who applied for the upcoming academic year would be denied admission, while current students implicated in the scheme would be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. She was filming in Vancouver when the feds came looking for her.

While the allegations carry legal implications for Loughlin and Giannulli, their daughters' attendance at USC is also in jeopardy.

70 million in path of 'bomb cyclone' across central US
The NWS has issued flood watches along the Missouri River throughout the Midwest and Great Plains through midday Thursday. The major storm will continue to strengthen Wednesday in the Central Rockies, pushing east to the Central Plains.

In a statement, USC said it is aware of the federal investigation and that the college is "conducting an worldwide investigation and will take employment actions as appropriate". During her appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" on Tuesday, March 12, the TV star addressed the scandal, admitting that she knew nothing about it.

"I want them to be happy", she said at the time.

They were among 50 people charged in the scheme.

Loughlin is now filming a TV movie in B.C. for Hallmark Channel, where she has been a mainstay since 2013.

US Magistrate Judge Steve Kim ordered Loughlin, one of several high-profile figures from entertainment and business caught up in the scandal, released from federal custody on $1 million bond following a brief hearing. He was the school's director of college entrance exam preparation.

Her parents are charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud.

Other prominent parents charged by the Boston U.S. attorney's office include Felicity Huffman, the actor who starred in "Desperate Housewives"; Gordon Caplan, the co-chairman of global law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher; and Bill McGlashan Jr., who heads a buyout investment arm of private equity firm TPG Capital.

Neither she nor other students were charged in Tuesday's indictment accusing dozens of elites, including Loughlin and "Desperate Housewives" star Felicity Huffman, of cheating to get their kids into top schools. Former Pimco Chief Executive Douglas Hodge is due to be arraigned in federal court in Boston, officials said.
