The incident happened after UFC head Dana White announced that McGregor would no longer be lightweight champion after the fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Max Holloway.

UFC star Conor McGregor was arrested Monday in Miami after allegedly destroying a fan's phone in South Beach, according to a police report.

McGregor was being held on $12,500 bail.

According to a Miami Beach Police report, McGregor "slapped" the fan's phone out of his hand, stamping on it several times.

NVIDIA buys high-performance chip-maker Mellanox for $6.9 billion
Nvidia has outbid Intel Corp in the auction for Mellanox and could announce a deal as early as Monday, the person said. It will reportedly help NVIDIA better compete in the server market, which accounts for about a third of its sales.

The arrest comes just days after McGregor completed five days of community service doing manual labor at a pair of Brooklyn churches in connection with a pair of felony charges he was arrested on last April.

The incident was captured on surveillance video.

Mixed Martial Arts superstar Conor McGregor has been arrested in Miami Beach. The Irishman just recently completed community service in NY after he attacked a UFC bus last April that also landed him in jail before he eventually pled down to a single charge of disorderly conduct.

Conor McGregor just completed his community service for a insane bus attack he was involved in back in October, and already the former Ultimate Fighting Championship has found himself back in trouble.
