Solskjaer: Martial can reach Ronaldo's level

Anthony Martial has the talent to reach Cristiano Ronaldo's level if he puts his mind to it, according to Manchester United caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Martial had looked set to leave in the summer after falling out with Jose Mourinho, only to fight his way back into the Portuguese's plans and last month sign a deal until at least 2024 under Solskjaer.

Fulham started the game strongly and Andre Schurrle led some excellent counter attacks in the initial few minutes of the game.

I am sure he will keep improving and he has been fantastic for me.

While he felt that speculation of a run for the title was overblown, he said United could still have some influence over who wins the league.

"I've always looked further ahead", he continued.

Martial played his France teammate in and Pogba rifled an effort past goalkeeper Sergio Rico, who would have been disappointed to be beaten at his near post.

"At the moment I am just concentrating on getting us up the table".

US Supreme Court Blocks Restrictive Louisiana Abortion Law
Critics say there is no medical reason for the act and that it unlawfully restricts women's access to abortion. A federal trial judge found the law unconstitutional in view of the Supreme Court's ruling in the Texas case.

Solskjaer's managerial record in domestic competitions with United speaks for itself, but Tuesday's match will be his first test against elite European competition.

"I just spoke to him outside here".

"He rarely spoke in the dressing room", he added. After the Champions League game with PSG there's an FA Cup tie with Chelsea, a league game with Liverpool and then a run of games at the beginning of March against PSG, Arsenal and City.

"Not really, if I'm brutally honest".

With United having won 10 out of 11 games since Mourinho's departure in December, the results certainly speak for themselves.

"It's not me making a difference to the club". We'll have to wait and see how that impacts the style Thomas Tuchel decides to use against a United team that has strong, tall central defenders. If there was ever a chance to go into big games it's now of course'.

It was Pogba who was named the man of the match, with his two goals - first an emphatic left-footed strike from a hard angle and the second his typical spot-kick - taking his overall Premier League goal tally of the season to 11.
