Lakers trade for Reggie Bullock

"A source with knowledge of the talks said the potential centerpiece in a Pelicans package, 20-year-old Celtics small forward Jayson Tatum, has been discussed extensively by the two teams and is expected to be a major part of the talks when June rolls around".

Since George informed the Pacers of his decision, Kawhi Leonard made his intentions known to the San Antonio Spurs last year that he wanted to be traded to the Lakers after his relationship with the organization soured over the course of a year due to an injury and other related incidents.

Anthony Davis #23 of the New Orleans Pelicans looks on against the Detroit Pistons at Smoothie King Center on January 23, 2019 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Bucks and Clippers, per multiple reports, have yet to make an offer for Davis while the Knicks have not re-engaged the Pelicans in discussions.

The Pelicans did learn Monday of a new, extended list of teams that Davis is willing to stay with long term upon being traded, including the Milwaukee Bucks and LA Clippers, league sources said.

However, if the Pelicans' asking price is as Wojnarowski reports, then it's likely New Orleans was never serious about moving Davis ahead of the deadline.

Gueye pleads with Everton to sell him to PSG
Gueye has continued to push for a move but his entourage believe if PSG do not put in an offer around the €35m mark, Everton will not sell.

That is a rather large haul for the Pelicans, who probably feel like that same deal will be available to them this summer.

Anthony Davis, who, for what it's worth, seems to be a fan of the deal. He said the team is waiting for the Pelicans to make a counter-proposal. There are also always three- and four-team trade scenarios that could open up new player and draft-pick possibilities to the Pelicans in the offseason.

The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed a deal to acquire Reggie Bullock from the Detroit Pistons, according to reports.

L.A. also submitted a package of the entire young core - Ball, Josh Hart, Ingram and Kuzma - plus draft compensation, which also wasn't satisfactory in the eyes of the Pelicans. The Lakers remain one of the major players in the bidding, despite their first reported offer being shot down, according to Woj.

Davis' agent last week said Davis would not be re-signing with New Orleans and requested a trade.
