Ball don't lie? Warriors still lose to Rockets after questionable call

Harden couldn't get very much to go from inside the arc, going 3-of-11 on 2-pointers, but he did enough to make some damage from long-range, hoisting 23 attempts and making 10 of them in the game.

That final three to win the game in overtime was wild because he was well-defended by two players and still made it. Rockets star James Harden nailed the game-winning 3-pointer with seconds left on the clock, and Durant's desperation triple ultimately fell short. Harden, however, had one more improbable, acrobatic moment still in him.

After the Rockets snuck past the Golden State Warriors 135-134 in the overtime thriller, Rockets general manager Daryl Morey reflected on Harden's historic run.

"The work. Yesterday I was in that same spot shooting the same shots", Harden said. Even the ones that I miss, they feel good.

Sarri hints he wants Chelsea to sign striker after Southampton stalemate
Capping a forgettable game for Chelsea, Marcos Alonso had a strong penalty appeal turned down in the closing moments. Sarri told the press after last nights game.

Harden finished the night with 44 points, 15 assists and 10 rebounds, which meant he had 35 points and five or more assists for an NBA-record ninth-straight game.

Nevermind that this was his fifth straight 40-point game. "I don't know if it's slow rotations or just a little laziness with that lead, but when you have a lead like that it's a tough way to go out".

The Rockets climbed their way back from a 20-point deficit at the Warriors' Oracle Arena.
