Steve Smith, who owns several Nashville bars that are parade co-organizers, vowed Rock would retain his honorary title. "The choice of Grand Marshal evokes neither the spirit of Christmas nor the inclusivity I think represents the best of Nashville".

"I mean lady", Kid Rock said.
