Dez Bryant injured in second practice with New Orleans Saints

Dez Bryant #88 of the Dallas Cowboys warms up prior to their game against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi's Stadium on October 22, 2017 in Santa Clara, California. As NFL Network's Tom Pelissero is reporting, there's legitimate concern Bryant suffered a torn Achilles.

The recovery timeline puts Bryant on track to potentially be ready for training camp next year, when he again will be a free agent.

Schefter also reports they could turn to veteran wideout Brandon Marshall, who they worked out last week in addition to Bryant and ex-Baltimore Ravens receiver Kamar Aiken in Bryant's absence.

On the Saints' end, the team was in some serious need of wide receiver depth when they added Bryant and now they're back at square one.

Bryant acknowledged the setback in a tweet on Friday afternoon, writing: "This is the ultimate test".

Current chief executive Daniel Zhang will take over as chairman next year, the company said in September. Alibaba's Singles' Day surpassed Amazon's biggest shopping day of the year in less than 10 minutes.

Bryant was injured during his second practice with New Orleans on Friday.

This is a potential huge disappointment for Bryant who was not only excited to join a possible Super Bowl team but looking forward to a homecoming on November 29 when the Saints played the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.

It was quite the drop in compensation from the $12.5 million he was due to receive in 2018 by the Cowboys before being released.

Bryant said he had turned down other opportunities to work out this season, without offering any specifics.
