Cardi B Turns Herself In For Alleged Involvement In Strip Club Assault

Reports speak of misdemeanour charges after it's claimed two sisters working as bartenders were assaulted. Cardi B, who was heard saying, "I will fuck you up!", was apparently upset at an apparent insult towards her and Offset's baby daughter, Kulture.

Almanzar will likely face reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct charges, TMZ reports.

Previously, the Bodak Yellow rapper had denied being involved in the violent attack on the two bartenders who continued to accuse her on social media nevertheless.

Cardi B surrendered to police in NY on Monday morning and received a summons in connection with a fight at a NY strip club, according to the Associated Press.

It is not yet clear what role, if any, Cardi B played in the brawl.

The platinum rapper was charged after agreeing to meet with investigators at a Queens police station. Her lawyer Jeff Kern, however, did have some words to share outside the police precinct in Queens. Cardi B was "throwing chairs, bottles and hookahs [smoking pipes] in the club at 3 a.m.", according to a police spokesman. The sisters said Cardi ordered her crew to attack them because she thinks they slept with her husband, Migos rapper Offset. A Cardi B source says the attack was not premeditated and started after someone threw a drink. The women reportedly refused medical attention after the altercation.

Cardi B had been in NY for her Global Citizen Festival performance at Central Park Saturday.
