Rumored NVIDIA RTX 2070 Specs: 2304 Cores, 8GB GDDR6 at ~$400

We're on the ground in Cologne right now and we'll be getting hands-on with a host of upcoming PC games and, of course, we'll be watching Nvidia CEO, Jen-Hsun Huang, strut the stage detailing the latest in PC graphics cards with the new RTX 2080. The RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti will launch for September 2018, while the RTX 2070 has no release date just yet.

Nvidia's presentation included live in-game demonstrations of ray tracing in action from Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Metro: Exodus, Assetto Corsa, and Battlefield V.

According to Nvidia itself, the GeForce RTX cards combine Turing GPU architecture with a brand-new RTX platform.

Also included is support for real-time ray tracing, a technology that allows for more cinematic and realistic rendering for animation or video games, thanks to Nvidia's Turing architecture.

Tyson Fury clears path for title fight with Deontay Wilder
Fury goes into Saturday's bout at Windsor Park with a record of 26 wins from 26 fights, while Wilder is unbeaten in 40 contests. Fury's father, who was on the stage, had to be held back as the pair shouted at each other after a brief handshake.

What's more, Nvidia's G-Sync feature means titles running under the card will have tear-free gameplay, refresh rates of up to 240 Hz, HDR, and 4K. With 4,352 CUDA cores and 11GB of GDDR6 video memory with a speed of 14Gbps and bandwidth of 616 GB/s, the new graphics card has some serious pixel-pushing power. In terms of ray tracing power, they can push out 8 and 10 Gigarays per second respectively, or 60 trillion and 78 trillion RTX operations per second.

Now that the RTX 2080 Ti and 2080 are less of a mystery, interest is ramping up for their less powerful siblings, the 2070, 2060, and 2050. It will roll out with a 215W TDP. Zotac has not officially confirmed these prices.

Nvidia will sell its own factory-overclocked Founders Edition graphics cards for all three new GPUs priced $100 higher each, but the company has not yet confirmed whether these will be coming to India. As you can see below, there will be both reference and Founders Editions of the cards available. You can also pre-order the special "Founders Edition" of each card on Nvidia's site. Huang promised that the cards will run whisper-quiet even when fully stressed and overclocked.
