Manchester United finished 19 points behind record-breaking Manchester City last season as Pep Guardiola continued his supremacy over Mourinho that began in Spain.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Mourinho complained about the content, saying: "You can have a fantastic movie while respecting others".

Mourinho added with a laugh: "You know, a movie without me doesn't sell much - I need to be there".

Jose Mourinho has suggested that finishing second in the Premier League last time out has left Manchester United "in a difficult" position this season.
