An autopsy has reportedly been scheduled, and police are said to be investigating the circumstances surrounding McHenry's death - specifically, whether or not she was purposely left on the sidewalk. In one video, she is outside with a friend who says, "It's her birthday".

"We had to send her mother to the hospital to calm her down", Pat said, adding she was "trying to keep everyone together", as the family dealt with the tragic news. While an official cause of death has not been confirmed by law enforcement officials, it was indicated that she died of a suspected drug overdose after being found unconscious with cocaine on her person.

Reality TV star Lyric McHenry, who appeared alongside former basketball pro Magic Johnson's son EJ Johnson on EJNYC, has passed away. She was wearing a pajama top and underwear, but no trousers, the Daily Mail reports.

She was found unresponsive on the sidewalk above the Major Deegan Expressway at Undercliff Ave. and Boscobel Place in Highbridge in the Bronx borough of New York City.

Radar can confirm she began her evening at the Frederick Hotel in NYC where she was celebrating her birthday.

Just last week, Johnson took to Instagram to wish McHenry a happy birthday.

The meeting must have gone well, however, as both Sawiris and Edens show patience after acquiring the club less than one week ago. Both are reportedly ready to invest big in Villa in search of returning the 1982 Champions League winners to the Premier League.

McHenry was a longtime friend of Earvin "EJ" Johnson, the star of "EJNYC".

McHenry's sister Maya, who also appeared on EJ Johnson's reality show, was likewise at the birthday celebration.

Her reported death comes hours after she celebrated her birthday during a night out with friends.

She posted an Instagram story of McHenry happily posing for the camera, the caption reading '@lyric_leigh bday turnup'. The show lasted one season on E!

Alongside a picture of the pair with other companions, he wrote: "Happy birthday to my best friend who has strutted with my in princess gowns since day 1 @lyric_leigh words can not express how much I love and appreciate you in my life". She then went on to work as an associate producer for Complex before becoming a freelance writer and producer.
