Manchester United lack quality to challenge for title - Scholes

Having won the UEFA Champions League thrice and the LaLiga title in two and half seasons at the Spanish giants, the 46-year-old has been touted as the ideal candidate to lead a new project at the Red Devils.

Former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane wants to head over to the Premier League next season and is keeping tabs on Jose Mourinho's situation at Manchester United.

He had been linked with the French national team job but Didier Deschamps looks certain to stay in his role after winning the World Cup in Russian Federation last month.

And Mourinho also disagreed with Woodward over the future of Anthony Martial, with the United manager happy for the French forward to be sold.

According to the French media outlet L'Equipe, Zidane is already considering his next role and has his sights set on the Premier League.

In his first season, under former boss Louis van Gaal, he made 16 league appearances - his most at Old Trafford during a single league campaign.

He was in uniform, had proper credentials and had clearance to be in secure aircraft areas, said Tilden, the airline CEO. When asked to land the plane, Rich said that he isn't now in the idea of landing the plane and he's not finished yet.

Would Zidane be a good fit at Manchester United?

Luke Shaw has lavished praise on Manchester United teammate Paul Pogba, branding France's 2018 World Cup victor "one of the most important players in the Premier League".

Mourinho has cast a frustrated figure at United in recent months after his side finished in second place in the Premier League table and without a trophy last season.

"I had a proposal from China too, but I didn't want to go there because I wanted to join United". However, should Zidane contact the United hierarchy about becoming their manager, they will need to make a quick decision or risk losing the Frenchman to another Premier League club.

Manchester United are likely to receive a huge boost in the coming days, in the form of one of their latest acquisitions beginning training.
