Bethenny Frankel's on-off boyfriend found dead in Trump Tower

Bethenny Frankel's on-off boyfriend found dead in Trump Tower

The "Real Housewives of New York" star's on-again, off-again boyfriend Dennis Shields may have died of a drug overdose, according to TMZ's report.

The publication reported he asked his assistant to administer Narcan, which is used to reverse opioid overdoses, around 9am, believing he was overdosing on prescription pills.

After his unexpected death at 51 of a suspected overdose, Dennis Shields' estranged wife Jill says she is heartbroken.

Frankel, 47, began dating Shields in 2016, three years after she filed for divorce from Hoppy.

It's unclear when Dennis fell into a state of unconsciousness, but at some point the maid realized he was unresponsive and called 911.

Shields had recently spoken to tv host Steve Harvey to say that his relationship with Frankel was sometimes hard.

Xiaomi Mi A2 launched in India: Price, specifications, features and more
Xiaomi Mi A2 features the same 5.99-inch IPS LCD screen that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and the Redmi Note 5 Pro have. Initially, the company will only sell the 4GB RAM variant in India and the 6GB RAM variant will be available soon.

Jill was a high school friend of Bethenny's, which is how Bethenny and Dennis first met.

Bethenny recently commented on RHONY that she was taking a break from her relationship from Dennis, but still loved him. "It's like a partnership where if we're not being teammates and it's not working and one man is down, then the other man is down", Bethenny shared, keeping Dennis anonymous.

Frankel and Shields appeared together on Bravo's "Real Housewives".

"I am sure this does not come as a surprise to any of the viewers, all of whom have been supportive, encouraging, and kind", she said in a statement to PEOPLE.

She continued, "I have worked with wonderful producers, made great friends, and I'm thrilled to leave frenemies behind". If both people aren't happy about it but slightly uncomfortable and giving up something or giving in (to) something, it doesn't work.
