New Milan director: Bonucci is pushing for a return to Juventus

Bonucci completed a surprise switch to AC Milan from Juventus last summer following the club's takeover, but recent reports in Italy suggested he is ready to make an immediate return, and both clubs confirmed the rumours.

"Leonardo's story at AC Milan is unique, having contributed to some of the club's great successes as player, coach, and director", the club said in a statement.

"I've met with a range of clubs, including Juventus", the Brazilian said. From there we will talk and see if it is possible.

Juve have captain Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli, Medhi Benatia, Daniele Rugani and Mattia Caldara as central defenders on their books.

Bonucci, 31, only joined Rossoneri from the Old Lady past year in a €42m (R660m) transfer that was meant to spark the renaissance of the fallen Italian giants.

They are yet to agree on the respective valuations of the player with Juventus expecting to receive Bonucci and a fee for Caldara, while Milan feel Juve should pay them in addition to receiving the 24-year-old.

Milan chairman Paolo Scaroni says: "The return of Leonardo.is another step forward on our path to success".

CBS CEO Les Moonves accused of sexual misconduct amid 'culture of impunity'
The story also describes a culture at CBS that's permissive of sexual misconduct, particularly in the CBS News division. The damage may be hard to reverse for the network, which undoubtedly has quite the legal battle ahead.

Bonucci's current contract with Milan runs until 2022.

"We are very tied to Financial Fair Play, it won't be a insane market".

"Everything started with his idea, a very calm and sensible idea".

Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will reportedly be announced as the successor to AC Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso, who is thought to be on the verge of being sacked.

However, with the recent turmoil surrounding the ownership of Milan and their failure to qualify for the UEFA Champions League after significant investment - the club captain is seeking a swift exit.

"I hear talk of Conte, but this is normal".

"He is a coach who is constantly developing, he is a Milan man and it's with him that we will begin".
