One responder asked if those at the scene of the victims could push back bystanders.

The company admitted to failing to comply with United States vehicle manufacturing rules.

Ripley Entertainment, which owns the boat and the Ride the Ducks attraction in Branson, expressed condolences to the victims in a statement.

Amphibious vehicles are popular with tourists but have been involved in a number of fatal accidents.
