They said that's affecting business and residential internet, as well as video and voice customers.

Cable giant Comcast and its Xfinity cable service suffered a massive outage on Friday.

Many customers took to Twitter with their complaints about service outages.

Comcast has gone down for some customers, the company has confirmed.

Comcast says the company is working hard to resolve the problem. The source of the problem, as it turns out, was a fiber cable being cut by one of Comcast's partners.

Javier Solana told The New York Times that his renewal application on the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) was rejected for the first time .

Many internet users beyond Comcast's own 25 million subscriber base were affected, too, according to ThousandEyes. It was the second Comcast outage in the past few weeks.
