Melania Trump Wears 'I Really Don't Care' Jacket Before Texas Visit

She is the first member of the Trump family to visit the border with Mexico since a national debate broke out over the administration's separation policy.

Melania Trump visited immigrant children in a Texas border town Thursday, and by the time the first lady left, she had made headlines for another reason. "She was concerned about it", Grisham said.

Melania Trump has been in the news a lot lately. With the words, "Welcome!"

"Today's visit w the children in Texas impacted @FLOTUS greatly". "Be kind and nice to each other, OK?" Melania said she was there to help reunite children with their families.

Video footage of children sitting in cages and an audiotape of wailing children had sparked anger as the images were broadcast worldwide. "We treat them like our own children". They attend school five days a week and have a variety of activities.

Activist Linda Sarsour said, "This is just ridiculous". They show that we care.

Most of the children are from Guatemala, with all but six unaccompanied minors, the rest having been separated from their parents.

In addition, Grisham laid out Trump's reasons for visiting the facility.

Ms. Grisham noted that Mrs. Trump also received unfair criticism previous year for wearing high heels as she departed the White House for a trip to visit flood-ravaged Texas with the president. Then, when people criticize her fashion choices, the first lady is able to respond through a spokesperson by slamming the media.

In a sign of the broadening scope of the crisis, the Department of Health and Human Services asked the Pentagon to prepare to house up to 20,000 unaccompanied migrant children on military bases, a USA official said. The outcry led the president to reverse course under political pressure and sign an executive order Wednesday to end the policy.

Fire forces Saudi Arabia World Cup team plane to land
The South American side are set to field a side containing seven players aged 31 or over in their Group A clash in Rostov-on-Don. A Saudi Arabia statement said: "All the Saudi national team players have arrived safely and now are staying in their residence".

Yesterday, his out-of-character move to scrap the policy meant families were moved to the front of the immigration queue but because of the court order, families could still face prosecution for crossing into the USA illegally.

The youthful jacket sharply contrasts with the first lady's typically bold, foreign-flavored wardrobe.

The trip came together within the past 48 hours, Grisham said.

In both cases, she changed into new outfits upon arrival: stylish, form-fitting jeans and a baseball cap.

"She wanted to see everything for herself", Trump's spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham told reporters travelling with her. "We're all bothered by it". She usually lets her husband, Donald Trump, do most of the talking.

'I don't know what she knew.

Democrats, along with much of the media, have been portraying the President, and consequently the First Lady, as not caring about these children, many of whom have been torn out of their parents' arms, kicking and screaming.

And even Dictionary.com chose to publish a pointed tweet defining the word "indifference" and explaining its definition matched what it saw as the First Lady's message.

The pair of statements from the first lady amounted to an unusual public intervention by Mrs. Trump into a policy debate. Two-thirds of Americans have said in polls they oppose separating immigrant families, though a majority of Republicans say they support the president's approach.
