Respawn announces Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order for Xbox One and PC

We haven't seen the Star Wars game that Titanfall developer Respawn Entertainment is working on, but at least we know a little more about it now.

He further teased the story will take place between Episode III - Revenge of the Sith and Episode IV - A New Hope, to place it in the context of the grander Star Wars timeline. Formed by Vince Zampella and Jason West, most of the founding team came from the Infinity Ward, the folks behind Call of Duty 4 who went on to make Titanfall 1 and 2. Why could it be a new Star Wars game? Co-founder Vince Zampella stopped by EA's E3 presentation to share the name, release time, and a few admittedly vague details of its upcoming title. We'll just have to wait for additional details before the game releases in Holiday 2019.

Electronic Arts has the first press briefing of this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo.

Particularly noteworthy is that the Taycan's 800V charging technology will enable 100km of range with just 4 min of charge. The variants, of which there is likely to be three, will vary from around 400bhp up to 600bhp.

Star Wars is a hot property and EA will want to keep the hype surrounding it alive. It is still unclear if the game will contain any multiplayer elements.

Respawn had previously announced momentum on this new third-person action-adventure game in 2016 with former God of War director Stig Asmussen at the helm.
