Wildwood Police have released three redacted body-cam videos Wednesday night of the violent arrest involving a 20-year-old at Wildwood beach who was suspected of underage drinking.

The bodycam video shows a confrontation between officers and Emily Weinman, 20, after a breathalyser test was administered, which Weinman appears to pass.

According to the statement, Weinman was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, aggravated assault by spitting at a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstruction and with being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Troiano said the officers' body camera footage will show a different story, including the woman's spitting at the officers and kicking one in the groin.

Police have identified the officers involved as Thomas Cannon, John Hillman and Robert Jordan.

The video comes nearly a year after a similar incident, in which a video captured a Wildwood police officer punching a man in the face.

The situation escalated when Weinman refused to provide her last name and walked away from the officers. Did she deserve to get hit?

Police say Weinman forcibly struck the officer in the torso where the body camera was mounted and caused the camera to turn off.

In the meantime, retired law enforcement officer Steve Rogers says you should give the cops your name if they suspect a crime.

"During the initial encounter, the Officer can be heard stating that he was just going to have Ms. Weinman pour the alcohol out, without issuing any violations and then he terminates the recording", said police in a news release. Police then ask for her name several times before the situation deteriorates rapidly.

"From what I see on the video and only on the video, from not even talking to the officers, I think they did a decent job", Regalbuto said. As the officer approaches Weinman, she repeatedly yells "don't touch me". "I still think they overreacted and used excessive force".

FOX 29 stopped by an address we believe to be Weinman's to ask her about the new video.

After the camera is turned back on, Weinman is heard screaming as officers try to handcuff. "That's when he head locked me me by his arm around my neck, punched on me in my head and then he head locked me again but this time choking me, I was gasping for [air]".

Wildwood posted three video clips of the incident to YouTube. "She tried to tell us it was okay for her to possess alcohol and that doesn't make any sense".
