Gunmen abduct 7 Indians in Afghanistan

Indian officials on Sunday said they were aware of the abduction of Indian nationals in Afghanistan.

The External Affairs Ministry had said in New Delhi it is in touch with authorities in Afghanistan. The Taliban claimed the attack.

7 Indian engineers of KEC International were abducted by militants from vicinity of Cheshma-e-Sher area on Saturday.
