Taylor Swift Desecrates EWF's "September" With Struggle Vocals

Taylor Swift Desecrates EWF's

First, her hushed, banjo-driven take on EWF's most popular song (head here for an excellent history of the original version) received such a torrent of less-than-enthusiastic attention on social media that Hollywood Life published a story with the headline "Twitter Needs to Seriously Chill About Taylor Swift " s "September' Cover".

According to Billboard, the tune is part of Spotify's Singles series.

Earth, Wind & Fire's classic song "September" is an upbeat anthem and a summer mainstay at black cookouts.

Incredulously, Swift even changed Earth, Wind & Fire's opening line, "Do you remember the 21st night of September" to "the 28th night of September".

A fire that possibly killed three dogs and gutted a house in East Hampton has been ruled accidental, a fire official said Friday. A fire service spokeswoman said: "Crews extinguished a second fire and a further fire investigation was carried out".

"Delicate is a song about the vulnerability that immediately surfaces in all of us the minute we meet someone we want to like us".

After initially being withheld from all streaming platforms, Taylor Swift's Reputation eventually made its debut on all streaming services, both free and premium, three weeks after it was released on November 10 on physical and download formats to huge global sales.

You can listen to Swift's new songs here. And much to Swifties' surprise and delight, the new songs prove Old Taylor is still very much alive and kickin'. On April 12, she got fans in a swirl by posting on Instagram that she'd be dropping an unnamed and unexpected cover single on Spotify, along with an alternate version of her latest single, "Delicate".

Another person tweeted, "Taylor Swift sucked the life and soul out of that song".
