Aguero's season could be over after his injury setback, says Guardiola

Manchester City will again be without striker Sergio Aguero for their trip to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, which Pep Guardiola said is now the most important game of the season.

"It can happen", said Guardiola.

He could not train.

"He was injured before the (Liverpool) game but made a huge effort to help us for 10 to 15 minutes".

So after they received right here once more from two aims all the way in which all the way down to win 3-2 last weekend, denying Metropolis the prospect to seal the Premier League title, they put a model new slant on the time interval "noisy neighbours".

"Since November and December we have already been champions, when I saw pundits and people say: 'Impossible for City to drop points'".

After the teams ultimately ended up separating from the third-inning jawing session, game action resumed. Photographers perfectly captured the wild brawl between the Yankees and Red Sox on Wednesday night.

United inflicted just the second League defeat of the season on City by winning the Manchester derby last week with that sensational 3-2 win at the Etihad, and in the process stopped City being confirmed as Champions.

"The first option to take points is tomorrow, one of the toughest games we have". If, at the end, we are not able and United win the league, all we can say is congratulations United, reflect on what we have done bad in the last month and move forward.

There have been suggestions that City's run of losses could be down to Guardiola's demanding style of play, but he rejected those claims saying the issues with his side are mental rather than physical. "They do great pressing and have a lot of talented players, like [Mousa] Dembele, [Jan] Vertonghen, Dele Alli, [Christian] Eriksen, Son [Heung-min] and [Harry] Kane is their top scorer". Of course it can happen. I assure you. Real Madrid, years ago, lost six in a row and didn't win the league.

A side containing Ronaldo, Raul, Luis Figo, Zinedine Zidane, Roberto Carlos and David Beckham looked on course for a treble of Champions League, La Liga and Copa del Rey going into March.

"I think David is so normal a guy".

"But I don't have the feeling that we missed out on what we wanted to do or that we failed". Before, the back four was not well organised, now all the teams are well organised.
