Stephen Colbert Agrees With Trump About Something, Calls CNN 'Fake News'

Trump's favorite target in the media, CNN, reported on Stephen Colbert and Dana Carvey's John Bolton "The Late Show" bit.

The studio audience finds this just as amusing as Colbert, who says this is the best news he's heard all day. Featuring bandleader Jon Batiste and his band Stay Human, the show is broadcast from the historic and newly renovated Ed Sullivan Theater.

CNN should have known his show was not "Saturday Night Live" because the segment had aired on a Wednesday, the late night host mocked. "I apologize. Donald Trump is a great president".

"I take everything back!" he exclaimed.

CNN issued a correction on their website Friday.

Without Durant, Warriors fall to Bucks
With just over 10 seconds to play in the half, Durant drove to the basket and appeared to be fouled, but there was no whistle. The reigning Finals MVP added , "What we did as a team was special, and I want to experience that again".

Colbert then gave the network a friendly reminder that he is not, in fact, the host of "SNL". "Come on CNN, this isn't SNL unless SNL stands for Stephen's Nightly Laughs".

There is at least one public servant in Alabama who "has found his job very enriching", Trevor Noah said on Wednesday's Daily Show, referring to Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin, who apparently pocketed $750,000 from funds earmarked to feed prisoners and bought a beach house with the money.

To end things on a lighter note, the 53-year-old chose to look at the brighter side by saying it was still nice to get some attention and recognition. "So, thank you, MSNBC".

While Colbert insinuated he wanted to draw more conservative viewers (like those who watch "Roseanne"), he still continued to take jabs at the president. After showing a clip of the president speculating that he was even better at construction than being president, the comedian said, "Don't sell yourself short, sir: You suck at both".
