Faye Dunaway reflects on 2017 Oscars Best Picture flub

Last year's big reveal descended into chaos when Dunaway announced that "La La Land" won best picture, only for that film's producer to tell a shocked audience that the real victor was "Moonlight".

This year's best picture announcement went off without a hitch - especially compared to the 2017 Oscars, when Beatty, 80, and Dunaway, 77, erroneously presented the trophy to La La Land instead of the correct victor, Moonlight.

As she did with every other presenter, Bourdon turned to Beatty and asked: 'This is the best picture envelope, could you please confirm that?' The envelope was on full display when Eva Marie Saint presented the award for Best Costume Design. There's a chemistry there, there always has been.

Dunaway admits she has thought about last years's mistake a lot, despite it not being her fault.

"It's so nice seeing you again", Beatty said. "We're still doing it". This nine-time Grammy champ will be taking center stage to perform "Mighty River", which she co-wrote with Raphael Saadiq and Taura Stinson.

The tribal council area comprises two-third of the state's territory and the tribals form one-third of the population. It is a tradition in the northeast that a chief minister is selected from the indigenous community, he added.

"When he walked out there and snatched that card out of Warren's hand, that's when I knew redemption was mine".

An Oscars source told TMZ that Faye, 77, started their rehearsal segment by saying: "Presenting is better the second time around".

Showing her sense of humor, the actress actually wore the same glamorous blue Esteban Cortazar dress to present Best Picture this year as she wore on the red carpet of last year's Oscars.

After Beatty opened the envelope onstage, he hesitated.

'I'm never going to get the opportunity to enjoy that - because even if it happens again, it won't be the same.
