Ko finishes outside top 30 in Thailand

Jessica Korda kept an eye on her younger sister while firing a 4-under 68 in the third round of the LPGA Thailand on Saturday to lead Moriya Jutanugarn by four strokes. "I tried to relax, but I was nervous", Korda told the LPGA website.

Korda's world-class talent was on full display this week in Asia, where she won by four shots, but so too was her new-look face.

Moriya, the 2013 Rookie of the Year, nearly caught up with Korda after nine holes when she closed to within two shots, but her challenge faded and she failed to become the first Thai victor of the tournament. "I just went after it". Korda racked up gains on 11th, 13th and 15th before sinking a 25-foot birdie on the 17th hole to cruise to a fifth LPGA title. "I'm really enjoying it and now have one more day".

"I had a good start today, it was better than I expected", said Moriya, who was seventh here a year ago.

Lee, coming off a strong T5 finish at last week's ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open in Adelaide, will start round two tomorrow tied with American Lexi Thompson and hometown hero Moriya Jutanugarn after the pair fired opening six-under-par 66s in Chonburi.

Motorcade for Rev. Billy Graham to travel 130 miles
Despite numerous hospitalizations in recent years, Graham's work remained in the public eye late into his life. The motorcade rolled through Black Mountain, where he shopped and caught trains, and Montreat, where he lived.

Ariya also carded a 65, containing eight birdies, three bogeys and a closing eagle to be on 14 under-par-202 and in sole possession of fourth place. "I haven't won in two years".

It is Korda's first tournament since undergoing jaw surgery to correct a severe overbite. That will come. I'm just very, very happy.

An eagle on the 18th hole has helped propel Lydia Ko inside the top-20 after the first round of LPGA Thailand in Chon Buri.

"I had to just fire at everything today and make a lot of birdies because Jessica has been playing unbelievable, along with a lot of other people", said the fourth-ranked Thompson, who is projected to move to No. 2 in the rankings. "I don't think I could have asked for a better win".
