Black Panther Beats Fandango MCU Preorder Ticket Sales Record

Black Panther Beats Fandango MCU Preorder Ticket Sales Record

The film, which hits theaters next month, set a record for the best first-day advance ticket sales for any Marvel movie, according to the website Fandango. As both a former lover of T'Challa's and a prominent Dora, we can expect to see plenty of Nakia when Black Panther's finally in theatres on February 15. The film features Lupita Nyong'o and Michael B. Jordan as key players locked in a Wakandan drama alongside its focus: Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther, King T'Challa. That predicts huge first-weekend returns for the solo superhero film, as Civil War was stuffed with enough members of the MCU that it basically functioned (artistically and economically) as an Avengers film. The company reports that the first 24 hours of sales surmounted those of the first day of sales for the previous record holder, 2016's "Captain America: Civil War".

A new featurette has been released for Marvel's Black Panther. "Coming into this movie you're seeing him dealing with the responsibility of becoming the new king". I'm predicting that Black Panther will easily beat that opening. "The MCU has set itself in the real world as much as possible - so what does it mean for T'Challa to move around as this black man in a movie reality that tries to be a real world?"
