Jazz Center Rudy Gobert Expected to Miss One Month

Jazz Center Rudy Gobert Expected to Miss One Month

The center will likely spend a month on the sidelines after he missed nearly the third of Utah matches this season.

Gobert had an MRI on Saturday that revealed a sprained posterior cruciate ligament and a bone bruise.

The Jazz have already played without Rudy Gobert once this season.

Utah Jazz forward/center Derrick Favors (eye laceration) is not available to play on Saturday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Former Brazil, and AC Milan midfielder Kaka, announces retirement
Kaka posted a prayer on Twitter to announce his decision to hang up his boots, writing that he is "ready for the next journey". Kaka said that he would like to remain linked professionally to soccer, perhaps as a manager or sports director of a team.

Gobert missed 11 games - the Jazz won seven of them - earlier this season.

The Utah Jazz just can't stay healthy. However, they will now space the floor more offensively.

They have been a solidly.500 team and they struck gold in the draft by getting Donovan Mitchell who has suddenly taken over as the team's leading scorer and has put up multiple 30-point games as well as a 41-point game. He's still one of the NBA's best rim-protecting big men, but he's struggled to find his way on offense, which makes this time away from the team even worse.
