Danny Masterson Accuser Claims Church of Scientology Operatives Killed Her Dog

Yeatman reportedly told the woman "we don't believe them", referring to the four women who had come forward with allegations of sexual assault against Masterson.

Andy Yeatman, director of global kids content at Netflix, was sacked Monday morning after he told one of the four victims accusing Danny Masterson of rape that the streaming platform does not "believe" it. Yeatman was approached by one of Masterson's accusers at a children's soccer game by a woman identified as Victim B, who asked what Netflix thought of the investigation.

The streaming service confirmed his departure in a statement obtained by the Hollywood Reporter.

Yeatman made the comments earlier this month at a children's soccer game in the Los Angeles area. A Los Angeles Police Department investigation into allegations of sexual assault by multiple women in the early 2000s against Masterson became public in March.

The accuser, who has chosen to remain anonymous, spoke with the Huffington Post who published an article retelling her conversation with Yeatman.

The Yeatman issue arose on December 4 after HuffPost published an anonymous accuser's account of alleged inaction by Netflix on rape accusations against Masterson.

Netflix denied that Yesatman ever made that comment and said in a statement: 'We are aware of the allegations against Danny Masterson and we are following the current investigation, and will respond if developments occur'.

At the time, a spokesman for the streaming service branded Yeatman's comments "careless" and "uninformed" and not representative of the company, and he has now been let go.

Masterson denies all the allegations, but not the encounters themselves. He later claimed that he couldn't make any decisions regarding Masterson's employment.

"Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit", Mr. Masterson said in a statement.

Masterson was critical of Netflix's decision to fire him from the series, and insists he is not guilty of rape.

'I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one.
