Clarence native sues NFL Hall of Fame QB over sexual harassment

As first reported in the Washington Post, the lawsuit alleges that Moon required her to wear thong underwear and share his bed during business trips.

The lawsuit alleges Moon committed sexual battery by grabbing Haskell's crotch during a trip to Seattle this year.

Moon had been doing work for the Seattle Seahawks, but has since requested leave from his duties. Haskell said she was demoted by Moon's firm in October when she complained about his sexual advances. Moon has denied the allegations, according to a text message he sent to Seattle's KING 5 TV. "Mr. Moon contends these claims are meritless, and he has every intention to vigorously defend himself in court". The Seahawks accepted his request and issued a statement, attributing it to an unidentified spokesperson.

Haskell also alleges Moon would walk into the bathroom while she was showering in hotels on business trips. When she asked if he put something in her drink, Moon admitted to doing so, she said, telling her he did so because he thought she wasn't "having fun".

According to the lawsuit, Haskell was hired as an executive assistant to Moon in the summer of 2017.

"I think she was scared", Fitzgerald told the newspaper.

Diana Fitzgerald also told Global News she had not pursued criminal charges at this time and that they "have not made a decision as far as the criminal aspect of the case".

Media reports suggest the rats stem from Kim K snitching on how Kanye told Swift about getting at her on his " Famous " song. Though the calls confirmed they spoke about the lyrics, there's never any mention of him referring to her as a "bitch".

Moon won the 1989 Walter Payton Man of the Year award, but scandals involving women dogged him later in his career. The case was settled out of court.

Moon was accused of striking his then wife, Felicia Moon, on the head with an open hand and choking her to the point that she nearly lost consciousness before she escaped from the couple's home in July 1995. The former Houston Oilers quarterback is being sued over a sexual harassment claim from one of his former assistants.

Moon spent six seasons in the CFL, and led the Edmonton Eskimos to five straight Grey Cup titles, while throwing for 21,228 yards and 144 touchdowns.

Moon played parts of 17 seasons in the National Football League with Houston, Minnesota, Seattle and Kansas City. He finished his career in Kansas City (1999-00) and retired in 2000 after 17 seasons at age 44.

Moon, who played collegiately at the University of Washington, is in his 14th season as an analyst on Seahawks radio broadcasts.

Moon is now in his 13th season as a game analyst on the Seahawks' radio team.
