Army vet says Franken groped her in 2003

The Franken photo was captured as he groped the breasts of a sleeping Leeann Tweeden while the two were on a USO tour in Iraq in 2006, but surfaced only two weeks ago after it was publicly released by Tweeden.

Kemplin, 41, of OH, is the fifth woman to come forward with claims against the now Minnesota senator, and the second to allege the inappropriate behavior took place during a USO tour. Al Franken groped her breast during a photo op while she was deployed in Kuwait in December 2003, CNN reported on Thursday morning.

Kempin added that the incident lasted up to 10 seconds, and she's "confident" that this was no accident. She alleges he cupped her right breast while they were getting ready to take a photo together.

She provided CNN a photo of the encounter, which does not show the contact from Franken she describes. To get out of the situation, Kemplin said she shifted herself around until Franken's hand was resting on her back instead of her breast, as shown in the picture above. "Was he going to move his hand?' He never moved his hand". There's more I want to say, but the first and most important thing - and if it's the only thing you care to hear, that's fine - is: "I'm sorry", Franken said in the second statement.

Invoking Mahatma Gandhi, Mr Modi said: "We have the legacy of Fakir Gandhi - the great Mahatma. Referring to the Rafale deal, he said: "I asked Modiji three questions (on the Rafale deal)".

After the interview, the woman tells us, "I reached out my hand to shake his". "He never moved his hand".

As Sen. Franken made clear this week, he takes thousands of photos and has met tens of thousands of people and he has never intentionally engaged in this kind of conduct. "He remains fully committed to cooperating with the ethics investigation".

The woman says she was in disbelief. The appearance involved a live taping and an interview in front of a large audience. "I turned my head away from him and he landed a wet, open-mouthed kiss awkwardly on my cheek".

The woman said she came forward anonymously because she did not want her name linked to Franken, but she wants Franken to take responsibility for his actions. "I felt demeaned. I felt put in my place", she told Jezebel about the alleged incident.
