Chip Kelly expected to choose between UCLA and Florida

Florida fired coach Jim McElwain on October 29, the day after the Gators were blown out 42-7 by Georgia. That's what one report is claiming, at least.

According to long-time Knoxville reporter Jimmy Hyams and Trey Wallace of the Read Optional, John Currie never offered Kelly. However, he apparently has a window where he can back out of the deal.

In 2013, after he had joined the Eagles, the NCAA gave Kelly an 18-month show-cause penalty for "failure to monitor" in the Will Lyles case in which OR paid the 7-on-7 coach $25,000 to steer recruits to Oregon. It certainly seemed like something had happened at that point.

The paper says Kelly is considering the head coaching jobs at UCLA and Florida, but rebuffed interest from Tennessee and, "is believed to have turned away interest from Nebraska". He served as an ESPN college football analysts this fall.

Brahmos successfully test fired from Sukhoi fighter jet for first time
The success of the test firing is a big step for Indian defence as it could help Indian Air Force conduct surgical strikes easily. The air version of BrahMos missile is a 2.5 tonne supersonic air-to-surface cruise missile with range of more than 400 km.

Kelly could also consider other jobs that might soon open, including Arizona State, Texas A&M and Arkansas.

According to ESPN's Mark Schlabach, the anticipation is that Kelly will reach a decision in the coming days. Prior to a four-year stint in the NFL with the 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles, Kelly had a successful run with the Oregon Ducks in the NCAA, winning a Rose Bowl and Fiesta Bowl and taking his team to the BCS National Championship Game.

UCLA made a surprising move to fire Mora and pay his almost $12 million buyout, something that is quite uncharacteristic of the Athletic Department. That is the type of resume UCLA wants and will most likely get if Kelly comes to Westwood.
