Second woman comes forward to say Al Franken inappropriately touched her

CNN reports that immediately after the picture of Menz and Franken at the state fair was posted to Facebook, Menz commented, saying, "Dude - Al Franken TOTALLY molested me!"

"If somebody wanted a picture, I would ask: should I put my arm on your back or your shoulder?" he said, and indicated that he felt particularly inclined to do so when taking photos with women.

The 66-year-old former comic apologized to Menz if he made her feel "disrespected".

Last week, Los Angeles radio anchor Leeann Tweeden accused Franken of forcibly kissing her and groping her during a 2006 USO tour, before Franken was in office.

Menz said her own encounter with Franken, which she described as "uncomfortable", took place two years after he was elected to the Senate.

Over the weekend, Franken's staff said he has no plans to resign. "It was wrapped tightly around my butt cheek".

Sen. Mitch McConnell said last week that the Senate Ethics Committee would launch an investigation into Franken's behavior, and he repeated this again yesterday in the wake of the new allegation by Menz. "It wasn't around my hip or side", Menz said.

Argentina says calls did not come from missing submarine
A Submarine Rescue Chamber, also known as a McCann Chamber, is loaded aboard a cargo plane for transport in this Navy 2008 photo. In the message, the sub's captain reportedly said he was heading towards Mar del Plata with all 44 crew members in ideal health.

Menz said she had a brief and cordial exchange with the senator.

In the photo of Menz and Franken, the lower halves of their bodies are not shown. "I was like, 'Oh my God, what's happening?'"

"I felt gross", she told CNN.

Franken's statements have been contrite. "Like he nearly can't remember doing it or not, and I think that he himself knows, and if he did do this in fact, he really does need to resign, because we should have a zero tolerance policy for this, just like we do in the military for sexual assault".

"I respect women. I don't respect men who don't", he added.

"The Al Frankenstein picture is really bad, speaks a thousand words", Trump Tweeted, referring to a picture of Franken groping or pretending to be groping a sleeping Tweeden. She said she has equally supported Republican and Democratic candidates.
