Fitzpatrick throws for 2 TDs, Bucs top Dolphins 30-20

The Bucs were 3-6 and coming off a 15-10 victory over the New York Jets. LB Chase Allen, who started in place of Rey Maualuga - who was arrested early Saturday in a dispute over a bar tab and quickly waived by the Dolphins - also was evaluated for a concussion in the second half.

The quarterback was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the game, according to the television broadcast. With the Dolphins threatening inside the red zone, the Bucs' defense again forced Miami to settle for a field goal, making the score 20-13 with a little over four minutes to go in the third.

Not quite finished yet, Tampa Bay then recovered the ball after the ensuing kickoff for a touchdown.

A fumble recovery inside the two-minute warning by cornerback Ryan Smith would result in the Buccaneers' second touchdown of the half. The Dolphins thought they had a touchdown when Anthony Fasano caught Moore's pass in the end zone on first-and-goal from the 1-yard, but Julius Thomas was flagged for offensive pass interference. On Sunday, starting tailback Damien Williams produced a 69-yard run, which tied for Miami's longest run of the season.

The Dolphins committed 17 penalties and 5 turnovers as they lost 30-20. This drive featured a 45-yard completion to Stills.

Last year, Angel Elsa Hosk notably wore a dragon on the runway, which many thought turned Chinese culture into a literal costume. The ensemble caused intense backlash, as the sunflower has become the adopted symbol of anti-China protesters one year prior.

For all intents and purposes, it's time for the Miami Dolphins to start thinking about the National Football League draft and next season.

Cutler, with three interceptions in the first half, left the game with concussion symptoms, and Moore filled in admirably.

Cutler has had a few impressive games this season, most notably when he completed 34 of 42 passes for 311 yards and three touchdowns in a 27-24 loss to the Oakland Raiders two weeks ago.

Cutler played three years with the Broncos and made one Pro Bowl before being traded to the Bears in April 2009. The offense just didn't look organized as evident by its four turnovers and eight penalties in the first half.

Late in the first half, Landry fumbled in Miami territory after catching a short pass, and four plays later Fitzpatrick connected with Jackson for a touchdown.
