The OnePlus 5T wants to replace your expensive flagship smartphone

The majority of phones have been either announced or released by now, but there are still a few stragglers who are intent on making the last impression. These beta version (OnePlus usually calls them "Community Builds") will be available for download, but you'll need to flash them manually. What's really intriguing, though, is the short time between announcements for OnePlus.

After series of rumours, speculations and leaks, OnePlus finally took the wraps off its mid-cycle flagship upgrade OnePlus 5T on November 16. Design You know what?

The best news for the OnePlus fans is that the 5T is going to available at OnePlus 5's price. Both phones are still constructed from a mixture of metal and glass, though.

The OnePlus 5T comes with a fingerprint sensor mounted on rear cover, something that only keeps the phone small despite its bigger screen but also makes it look better. OnePlus has also introduced Face Unlock.

Obviously, there's not a huge change with the design of the OnePlus 5T, which continues to employ the same design language that the series is known for. As for the design, the design features a bezel-less look, more ergonomic design, and the Alert Slider is still on the left edge. It may have a headphone jack, but we aren't talking about a high-end DAC within it. It features a 6-inch, reduced bezel AMOLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and an 80.5 percent screen to body ratio. For starters, it's still more than detailed from a normal distance, colors appear punchy in tone, and there's a satisfying amount of clarity at wide viewing angles. We're quite keen to test this particular feature. During our brief test, the display resolution at Full HD+ seemed natural, bright and vibrant. It remains to be seen how that'll affect the phone's zoom quality. Beyond that, many of OxygenOS' returning favorite features include reading mode, expanded screenshot, gaming do not disturb, auto night mode, and much more. So, you will have to put up with Android Nougat until the company rolls out the software update.

The device has super-fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor.

Rose McGowan turns herself in on drug charge at Dulles
Within hours, McGowan's Twitter account had been frozen. "At that point she would be printed, photographed and released". Rose McGowan says she will plead not guilty when she's arraigned Thursday on a drug charge outside Washington, D.C.

The phone comes in 64 and 128 GB storage variants. Likewise, base systems get 64GB of internal storage, while upgraded models double that with 128GB.

OnePlus has brought back the dual camera setup with its latest flagship. "With Intelligent Pixel Technology - first implemented on the OnePlus 3T's front camera - the OnePlus 5T's secondary camera merges four pixels into one, reducing noise in low-light environments and enhancing clarity", says OnePlus.

It's still a combination of a 16 megapixel primary camera with a 20 megapixel secondary camera but the latter sensor has a new f/1.7 aperture to match the primary sensor. "But if you don't have a OnePlus 5, you should definitely consider upgrading to the 5T", he adds.

Of course, the objective of the dual-cameras is to offer that cool portrait mode - wherein subjects remain sharp, while the background is blown out with that creamy bokeh effect. The front camera is 16MP.

I will be using the OnePlus 5T as my daily driver and report back with a full-review next week. The 3300 mAh battery comes with Dash Charge technology for faster charging times.

There is no waterproofing of any kind, nor any form of wireless charging.
