Twitter Investigating Pres. Trump's Temporary Account Deactivation

The US President has 41.7 million followers on Twitter. Twitter didn't launch into an explanation about how such an accident could take place, but did say that it is working on ensuring that such future mistakes don't happen again.

President Trump's Twitter account-the one he uses to prod and threaten adversaries-was deactivated yesterday by an employee on the way out of the company.

There have been calls to ban Trump from Twitter, a platform the president often uses to issue controversial statements and criticise his adversaries.

If one customer service employee at Twitter can remove the account of the President of the United States for more than 10 minutes, how susceptible is Trump's account to other sorts of pranks and hacks? Anyone visiting his Twitter profile was met with the standard "account suspended" page.

Twitter in September reiterated that it will not be taking down Trump's account, and a change of mind for the social network after just over a month was not likely. We are conducting a full internal review.

New Zealand ranks among top ten nations on gender equality
Slovenia has the smallest gap in gender earnings - with women there on average earning 80.5% of the male national average. Trudeau's push for gender parity in his government helped substantially improve Canada's political empowerment score.

But quite a few Twitter users admitted they would never forget the "minutes of peace" they had while Trump was offline. Accounts violating that rule may be subject to a temporary or permanent suspension, Twitter warns.

"This is real collusion and dishonesty", he said in a second tweet.

With any past president, a tweet like that would immediately be assumed as the result of some sort of hack. Oddly enough, given how much he likes to tweet, he hasn't posted anything about the deactivation. "Bought and paid for by Crooked H.", Trump's tweet read.

Following that tweet he launched into a tirade of messages against regular targets including "Crooked Hillary" and "the Dems".
