'The New Mutants' Trailer Introduces the New Batch of X-Men

"Did you know baby rattlesnakes are more risky than adult ones?" the young mutants are told as they discover that they are being kept at the facility due to their unsafe powers. I'm hoping this works out. The movie stars Split's Anya Taylor-Joy, Game of Thrones' Maisie Williams and Stranger Things' Charlie Heaton.

The movie is sort of like a horror film. While the villain of New Mutants has yet to be officially confirmed, casting calls indicated Demon Bear and Warlock as possibilities (Demon Bear was part of Boone's original pitch for New Mutants, after all). However, it noticeably lacked any connections to Fox's larger X-Men franchise and appearances by such fan-favorite students of Charles Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters as Karma and Warlock. Dr. Cecilia Reyes (Alice Braga), the trailer's lone adult, asks. New Mutants follows young mutants that recently received powers, only to be held against their will in a secret facility, according to the premise from IMDB.

US Sen. Angus King: Collins is putting ME 1st
Leading pro-life groups had called on members of the Senate to pass the reconciliation bills that the House had already approved. Collins made her announcement at a breakfast meeting here of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Though the film is by Marvel, it won't be like your classic superhero movie. If anything, we believe it leans towards being more of a horror film than anything. Turner played young Jean Grey in last year's X-Men Apocalypse and will star in X-Men: Dark Phoenix, out next November.

It remains for us to wait until April 2018 to whether this passage by the cinema thrillers will be able to regenerate the franchise X-Men.
