Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner sue Blac Chyna for 'choking'

The 30-year-old has made the explosive allegations in a new lawsuit according to a Wednesday report from The Blast.

Rob has spread out the entire incident in court documents, where he states that Chyna "became extremely intoxicated on drugs and alcohol and physically assaulted" him on December 14, 2016.

He alleges Chyna repeatedly struck him in the head and face as he tried to get away, and then trashed the place, damaging a television and destroying cell phones.

A day later, Bloom shared another tweet explaining why she chose to take Chyna on as a client.

The pair welcomed their daughter, Dream Kardashian, in November.

However, it wasn't to last and they announced their split recently. Chyna was purposely trying to hurt Rob and struggled with him as she tightened the iPhone cord around Rob's neck.

Blac Chyna is ready to go to war against Rob Kardashian after the mediation failed in her revenge porn case and she's gunning for more than $10 million, had the exclusive details about the bitter battle. In the documents, he reportedly claims that Chyna chucked a chair at the vehicle as he tried to leave the house.

From "conferencing his friends on FaceTime" to "carelessly playing with Rob's gun unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on", he has detailed it all.

On Saturday, a source told PEOPLE that Rob is ready to focus his energy on Dream.

He also accused her of cheating in their home and shared explicit photos that she had privately shared with Rob.

She allegedly also "would threaten to beat up Rob's sisters and was disrespectful towards Rob's mother Kris".

Chyna later won a temporary restraining order against Rob; in the order he was barred from any further cyberbullying of Chyna, including posting photos or videos of her, or making any personal comments about her. None of that compares to an altercation that they got into at Kylie's house.

The source added that Kardashian should've raised the issue in December if the situation was so serious rather than waited until now to take legal action against Chyna.
