Nokia 3310 now in 3G: Launch, Price, Specifications and Features

The specifications of the New Nokia 3310 3G variant are nearly same to the old Nokia 3310 which was launched earlier this year.

Further, Rantala agrees that "memories and nostalgia" played an important role in the demand for the revised Nokia 3310, and the biggest audience is the younger generation. Last week, HMD Global's Chief Product Officer, Juho Sarvikas, had teased an Android Oreo update for the Nokia 8.

Now there is a new Nokia 3310 3G on offer with two new color variants.

HMD says that the new Nokia 3310 3G will be available starting in mid-October, at an "average" price of €69.

HMD Global had to develop some core of the software to support 3G connectivity.

The modern Nokia 3310 left some a little out in the cold.

Saudi Arabia Agrees to Let Women Drive
The United States has welcomed Saudi Arabia's announcement that women will be allowed to drive for the first time . The new rule will not take effect immediately.

Since HMD Global added a 3G radio, this iteration of the 2017 Nokia 3310 will have some slight design changes. Unfortunately, the decision to make it 2G-only meant that any imported devices were destined to become bricks in Australia.

For better ergonomics, the 3310 3G gets an all-new redesigned keypad with more spacing between the buttons that offer better comfort while typing. The addition of 3G support is not the only new thing about the Nokia 3310 3G.

Regarding optics, the phone is equipped with 2MP rear snapper supported by LED flash. The Nokia 3310 3G will only be able to deliver up to 6.5 hours of talk time. It also features up to six hours of talk time and up to 27 days of standby time with a single SIM card. Despite of that slight disadvantage, standby time is actually longer than the 2G model.

On the surface, the Nokia 3310 3G looks a lot like the 3310 refresh that was released earlier this year. The firm has not yet revealed the India price and availability for the 3G variant.

In February you asked for it. There is a new colour in the form of light blue, though, for anyone offended by Navy Blue. No word on how much the Nokia 2 will cost though, but it's likely to be more expensive than the wireless speaker.
