Aguero hat-trick leads City rout of Watford

Table-toppers Manchester United and Manchester City, now second on goal difference, both have 10 points from their opening four Premier League games.

"He'll be so important this season", Guardiola told reporters in Manchester on Friday.

And Sergio Aguero was City's goal hero - yet again.

Striker Aguero now has five goals in three games and has moved to within two goals of becoming City's all-time record goal scorer.

It appeared in the early stages of this season that the same flaws were still an issue, with City scoring just once from 19 goal attempts as they were held 1-1 at home by Everton last month.

When you watch Manchester City play, you might not witness a close match, but chances are you'll witness an entertaining one.

Kids Found Dead At West Sacramento Apartment, Police Arrest Suspect
West Sacramento Police said the childrens' mother was inside the home during the incident and was a victim of domestic violence . West Sacramento police today are investigating a triple homicide in which three children were killed.

Four minutes later and the Argentine had his second of the game to double City's lead. If Watford fold as readily as they did here on a regular basis, Silva might find himself facing a similar fate to his predecessor and Quique Sanchez Flores, who were both removed after a single season in charge. The first game of the season was against Liverpool, at Vicarage Road, and could be the blue print for how they'll play against City.

The visitors stormed to the Premier League summit thanks to Aguero's haul, with Gabriel Jesus, Nicolas Otamendi and Raheem Sterling also on target. I am learning a lot from them and I hope I can learn much more. Their record is better still in the past three matches in all competitions, scoring 15 goals and allowing zero.

John Stones scored twice in the resounding 4-0 victory over Feyenoord during the week, but the Hornets were unbeaten this season heading into the encounter. Last season, they all had to work out the kinks as they transitioned into Pep Guardiola's system.

The Hornets have also made a positive start to the campaign, but they have yet to pick up maximum points on home soil and have not prevailed at Vicarage Road since mid-April.

He could have had one more had Sterling not taken a last-minute penalty away from him after the England worldwide was brought down by Watford defender Christian Kabasele. Watford have been short of wins of late and have a woeful head-to-head record with City which is likely to factor in the outcome this afternoon.

"Watford are just two points behind us".
