Nintendo Switch 'Doom' Won't Have Map Editor, Multiplayer Will Be Download

During the Nintendo Direct presentation, Bethesda announced Doom for Nintendo Switch and will arrive this holiday season.

So it looks like the fears of having a Nintendo Switch with no heavy hitters later on in the year were far from the mark, and the console is adding some heavy hitters to its wonderful library of games. You can take a look at the comparison screenshots below.

The game will be released on the 17th of November this year for Europe and North America.

It is somewhat surprising the removal of Doom for the list of Xbox One X enhanced titles since other games from Bethesda such as Dishonored 2, Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind, and Fallout 4 are being enhanced for the console. Even though, the company made the announcement they didn't specify more details with regards to the game. But the biggest surprise was, without a doubt, Bethesda's confirmation that both Doom and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus would soon be available for Nintendo's newest console.

Where there is talent, there will be comparison. "I have a good opportunity against tough opponents in their backyard", he said. For the India-Australia series, Virat will choose the players from 25-30 cricketers after testing them thoroughly.

With Bethesda jumping on board the Switch hype train and releasing two of their biggest titles, it gives a lot of hope for the future that other Triple A developers will make the move to Switch in a big way. Wolfenstein II is headed to the Switch sometime next year.

Nintendo also confirmed that the beloved RPG will also support amiibo, and players will be able to unlock some goodies from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

We of course need to see how these games end up running on the less-powerful Switch hardware, but it's hard not to be excited if you're a Switch owner.
