Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 video teaser goes live before September 11 announcement

The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is scheduled for release on Monday, September 11.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has been teased by Xiaomi co-founder, Mr. Lin Bin on his Weibo account.

Barely 24 hours after we covered the leaked specification details of the Mi Note 3, live images of its retail box have been posted online.

While most fans will be looking forward to Apple and Google for their own events to mark the arrival of their newest devices, up and coming competitors are also gearing up to show their best devices and Xiaomi is hot on their tail, with the coming of the company's new segment-defining Mi Mix 2 smartphone.

The Mi MIX was announced in October a year ago along with the Mi Note 2, so it wouldn't come as a surprise if their successors arrive on the same day. Judging by the photographs, the Mi Note 3 will be essentially a bigger version of the Mi 6 flagship smartphone.

Honor V9 Play Budget Smartphone Launched In China
The V9 Play will start selling from September 12 and will be available in Red, Black, Blue, Gold and Rose Gold colour variants. The display up front is a 5.2-inch HD (720 x1280) IPS panel with quite thin side bezels although the chin and forehead remain.

In common with all Xiaomi phones, unless a Global version is announced the Mi Note 3 will not support the 800MHz LTE frequency (Band 20), which in the United Kingdom is the only LTE band used by O2, GiffGaff and Sky Mobile. There are no more specifications revealed about this phone. It will also feature a Snapdragon 835 processor and a 6-inch display. It is expected to come in two variants - 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage, with no provision for additional storage.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will also be there in the same event and we are too excited to see the successor company's Bezel less phone. Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will also launch alongside Mi MIX 2 on September 11. The phone will also come with a quick charge 4.0 fast charging technology.

The Weibo post by Lin also contains a video which shows well-known celebrity showing off the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. It is expected to be powered by powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 64-bit Octa-core processor.

How much will the Mi Note 3 cost? He didn't offer any hints as to what it could be, but the most obvious answer is the Mi Note 3. The 6GB RAM variant is expected to be priced around $599 which roughly translates to Rs 38,893.
