Coldplay's Chris Martin performs emotional tribute to Chester Bennington

Both Linkin Park and Blink-182 were scheduled to perform in the NY area days prior to the Coldplay show, but the co-headlining tour was cancelled following Bennington's death. There have been so many that a Google doc was created to list them all.

The band on the internet has also endorsed hundreds of public events around the world to honor Bennington ranging from charity shows to fan meet-ups. From Africa and Asia to across Europe, Oceania, and South America, LP ambassadors and fan sites honored Chester's memory with their own touching tributes.

"Linkin Park created a sense of community among its fans, and we want to open our arms to you, whether you were a fan or not", the Facebook event page for Bennington's memorial continues.

He and Moncada were chasing Darwin Barney's bases-loaded blooper when the second baseman kneed a sliding Garcia in the head. He added that both of his payers were "alert and well", and were smiling after the game.

There has been an outpouring of love and support.

Coldplay's tribute comes a few days after the 41-year-old was laid to rest at a funeral service attended by 200 of his friends and family. A Los Angeles County coroner confirmed he died by hanging. Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn of Linkin Park, as well as Ryan Shuck - who comprised Dead By Sunrise with Bennington - gave eulogies. Cornell committed suicide two months earlier. So, while these were indeed given out, these sellers are clearly trying to make large sums of money off the back of Chester's funeral, and that don't sit right with us. Following his death, Coldplay shared a video of Linkin Park performing their new song "One More Light" for the first time.
