Blast from the past as the Nokia 3310 hits our shelves again

With a multi-core score of 1146, the handset will be loaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The next two releases from the company are expected to be that of the budget Nokia 2 and the flagship Nokia 8 smartphone.

Furthermore, rumours are such that HMD Global may not use the metallic build for the Nokia 2, considering the fact that the smartphone could be an ultra affordable one. On August 16 Nokia 8 will be official and all specifications will be cleared. While the rejuvenated version is unlikely to achieve sales anywhere near that, there will likely be plenty of punters ready to go retro and shell out for the handset, which comes courtesy of Finnish firm HMD Global.

The new handset that hit the FCC database now looks more or less identical to the 2G Nokia 3310 (2017) smartphone, even in length and width.
