James Bond to return in November, 2019

Craig, however, is expected to take on the role of the super-spy in the 25th James Bond film.

It's important to note that Craig's involvement has yet to be confirmed.

The 25th 007 film will officially be released in theaters on November 8, 2019, with "a traditional earlier release in the United Kingdom and rest of the world" according to Eon Productions and MGM.

After completing Spectre in 2015, Craig gave a shockingly candid answer to the question, posed by London's Time Out magazine, of whether he'd play Bond again.

Alex Osborn is a freelance writer for IGN. While there's now no solid intel on who will be enjoying shaken martinis next, fans can at least take, er, solace in knowing Bond will be back on the big screen in less than two years.

The two production companies behind the franchise, Eon Productions and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, confirmed on Monday that the 25th installment of the franchise would be hitting screens in 2019.

Van Dijk Left Behind as Southampton Head to France
Van Dijk made 21 Premier league appearances for Southampton last season, as well as featuring six times in the Europa League. Unsettled centre-back Virgil van Dijk has been left out of the Southampton squad for their pre-season trip to France.

A statement from bosses said that Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli will return as producers, but a director, distributor and full cast have yet to be announced.

As for when we'll see this one, it's set for USA release on 8 November of 2019, with the caveat that it'll be in United Kingdom cinemas before that. He is one of the most popular choices, thanks to his work on the likes of Inception and the Dark Knight trilogy.

Craig took on the role of Agent 007 in 2006 with "Casino Royale". Are you looking forward to more Craig-Bond?

He went on to say he was not sure what the next step was but, if he were to do another Bond movie, "it would only be for the money".

And Priyanka Chopra and Gillian Anderson were interested in playing Bond - "Jane Bond" if Hollywood considered a role reversal.
